Evelyn B. Lakebrink Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn B. Lakebrink of Washington, Missouri, who passed away on February 21, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John P. Post and Mimi Wallmeier; her husband Marvin E. Lakebrink; her daughter Diane Lakebrink Schnelt; and her siblings, Dr. John Post, Marian Post Struckhoff, David Post and Jackie Post Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Kelly (Mike) of Chesterfield, John Lakebrink of Chesterfield, Mimi Nelson (Jim) of Wentzville, Anita Eckelkamp (Jim) of Washington, Mary Ronchetto (Gene) of Woodlands, TX, Tom Lakebrink (Cathy) of Liberty, MO, Theresa Lakebrink of Warrenton and Jeanne Dicks (Ted) of Sewell, NJ; her grandchildren, Mike Kelly (Mariam), Brian Kelly (Samantha), Mark Schnelt (Tonia), Thomas Schnelt, Kathryn Wallach (Adam), Nick Eckelkamp (Jaimee), Erica Ronchetto (Alex), Andrew Ronchetto (Lorena), Matthew Lakebrink (Emily), Drew Lakebrink (Lauren), Jake Dicks (Allison), Joshua Dicks, Carilee Lakebrink (Casey), Michelle McCubbin (Brett), Scott Lakebrink (Debra), Lauren Krueger (Maxx) and Kirk Lakebrink (Hannah); and her sister-in-law Marianna Schwane. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
