He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Mills; his parents-in-law, Dolores and Ralph Holdmeyer; his granddaughter Hope Karll; and his brother-in-law Dennis O'Toole.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Mills of Washington; his mother Audrey L. Mills; his children, Benjamin Komo (Gina) of Dixon, MO, Erin Karll (Nathaniel) of Marthasville, Eugene "Andy" Mills of Washington and Emily Mills of Washington; his siblings, Peggy Cheek (Mike) of St. Louis, Karen Mills of Washington, Tom Mills of Washington, Gary Mills of Washington and Jimmy Mills of Washington; and his grandchildren, Nolan Williams, Sophia Komo, Grace Karll, Olivia Karll, Kaylee Karll, Isabelle Karll, Isaac Karll, Tayler Mills, Evin Mills, Huntley Klenke and Hayden Klenke. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the St Jude's Childrens Hospital.
