It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dupree Peter Heard of Washington, Missouri, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Heard and Okerlee Heard; and his siblings-in-law, Gertrude Atwell and Orville Atwell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Heard of St. Clair, MO; his sons, Dupree Peter Heard, II of New York, NY and Daniel Philip Heard (Veronica) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Monica Heard of San Antonio, Maya Heard of San Antonio and Devin Heard of San Antonio; his brother-in-law Allen Kangas of Gladwin, MI; and his cousins, Annisteen Robinson of Port St and Stanley Sanders of New York, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and many friends.
