He is survived by: his wife Mary Phipps of Washington; his children, Nicholas Kunderer of St. Peter's, MO, Katherine Phipps (DaWaun Sutton) of Washington, Michelle Phipps (Kyle Gibbons) of St. Charles and Kyle Phipps (Michelle) of Washington; his sister Belinda Phipps; and his grandchildren, Allana Kunderer, Novah Sutton, Keith Sutton, Kevin Sutton and Liam Phipps. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
