He is survived by: his wife Kathy Noelker; his children, Jon Noelker of Washington, Joel Noelker (Larissa) of Overland Park, KS and Jill Wright (David) of Olathe, KS; and his grandchildren, Michael Wright, Kayla Noelker, Mia Noelker and Tyler Noelker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Gertrude School, St. Francis Borgia High School or Our Lady of Lourdes School.
