She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Kleekamp and Laurice; and her brother Jeffrey Kleekamp. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Koirtyohann of Washington; her sons, Jason Koirtyohann (Erin) of Marthasville, Michael Koirtyohann (Amber) of Marthasville and Joseph Koirtyohann (Julie) of Washington; her siblings, Dale Kleekamp (Joann), Joann Kleekamp, Dennis Kleekamp (Angie), Donna Wessel (Mike), Timothy Kleekamp (Sheila) and Lisa Buhr (Duane); her grandchildren, Josh, Andrew, Blake, Elliana, Kohen, Tegan, Klyde, Owen, Troy and Beckett; and her brother-in-law Robert Koirtyohann (Jackie). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the St. Francis Borgia Church or Pancreatic Cancer Research.
