He was predeceased by: his son Todd Werner; his parents, Arthur Werner and Virginia Werner (Hukenbeck); and his brother-in-law Dave Regal Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Kate Coulter (Tom); his granddaughters, Carly and Nora; his brother Gary Werner (Kim Ott); his nieces, Martha Werner and Sarah Symons (Mike) of Texas; his former wife Lizabeth "Betty" Werner Washington; his sister-in-law Patricia Leonard Regal; his nephew David Regal Jr. of New Jersey; and his friends, Scott, Kecia, Lucy, Grace and Patrick McKinnis of Washington.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (1206 Jefferson St, Washington, MO 63090). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Todd Werner Memorial Scholarship for EMT students through the East Central College Foundation, honoring Dennis's commitment to education, community service, and family.
