With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Oliver Milloy in Washington, Missouri, born in Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Milloy and Kathryn Milloy; his wife Rita Milloy; and his siblings, Avery Milloy, Shirley Schmidt and Betty Fossmo.

He is survived by: his sister Sarah Cash of Mentor, OH; and his close friends, Janet, Terry Creason of Washington, MO, Elizabeth and Tim Sieve of Union, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
