He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Frazier and Lady Belle; his wife Norma Jean; and his brother Jack Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Michael Frazier of Texas and Deborah Hossikos (Randy) of Texas; and his close friend Betty Dobsch. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
