He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Eckelkamp (Marie) and Marie Eckelkamp; his son Richard L. Eckelkamp; his granddaughter Alexandria Eckelkamp; and his siblings, Earl Eckelkamp, Bill Eckelkamp, Jerome Eckelkamp, Gene Eckelkamp, Betty Bueker and Geneva Witthaus.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Eckelkamp; his children, Doug Eckelkamp (Jeannine) of Washington, MO, Cheryl Eckelkamp of Washington, MO, Susan Beffa (Glenn) of Pacific, MO and Diane Gerling (Bryan) of Berger, MO; his daughter-in-law Gail Eckelkamp of Washington, MO; his grandchildren, Jason, Scott Eckelkamp, Ashley Hambach (Cody), Stephanie Waddell (Taylor), Makenzie Gerling (Adam Tutt), Tony and Drew Beffa; his great grandchildren, Cody Eckelkamp, Madisyn and Addisyn Hambach; his sister Jane Rembusch of Washington, MO; his siblings-in-law, Fred Biermann (Carol) of Leslie, MO, Dixie Eckelkamp of Washington, MO and Merry Marquart (Fred) of St. Louis, MO; and also Buffy. He is also survived by caregivers; many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Francis Borgia Grade School or Masses.
