She is survived by: her husband Michael Douglas of Washington, MO; her children, Richard Shawn Douglas of Farmington, MO, Michael Shannon Douglas of Pacific, MO and Sheryl Huxol (Chuck) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Kacie Huxol, Jessie Huxol and Conner Douglas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Alzheimer's Association.
