He is survived by: his children, Carl Bloecher III (Laurie) of Upper Arlington, OH, Terry Bloecher (Jonni) of Lewis Center, OH, Andrew Bloecher (Marianne) of Hollistan, MA and Angela Stitz (Michael) of Villa Ridge, MO; and his sisters, Carol Compton (Gaylord) of Warrenton, MO, Sharon Resnik (Leo) of Beaufort, MO and Cheryl Romanowski (Louis) of Fenton, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
