He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rowley and Frances Rowley; and his brother Lawrence Rowley II. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Rowley (Haberberger) of Washington; his daughter Melinda DeClue of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Gavin and Aiden DeClue of St. Louis. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
