He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baldwin (Arleva) and Davis; and his siblings, Patricia Burkemper, Terry Baldwin and Frank Baldwin.
He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Fritz; his wife Sherry Baldwin of Washington; his children, Jill Dieckhaus (Rick) of Washington and Michael Baldwin (Diana) of Washington; his brother Vince Dabbs (Carol) of Columbia, IL; his grandchildren, Billy Shoemake, Nathan Dieckhaus, Nicole Nelson, Abbey Baldwin and Jacob Baldwin; his great grandchildren, Riley Smith, Aubrey Nelson and Hailey Meulgin; and his mother-in-law Judy Newman (Marvin). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Meramec Valley R III Safety Net Program.
