He is survived by: his wife Juanita Brattin; his children, Jeff Banks (Lori) of Cassville, Missouri, Kevin Banks (Kelly) of Cassville, Missouri, Debbie Ross (Bill) of Cassville and Linda Townsend (Bill) of Texas; and his brother James Banks (Betty) of Cassville, Missouri. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
