He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Othel and Lottie Jane Miller (Bates); and his siblings, Jeffrey Miller, Bobby Miller and Christina Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Leiland Miller of Washburn, Missouri and Keisha Miller of Miami, Oklahoma; and his granddaughter Reitlin Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
