He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edward Gundel and Ada Mae Wogoman Gundel; his wife Marcella Gundel; and his daughter Anita Gay Gundel. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Gundel (Debra) of Washburn, Missouri, Barry Gundel (Sherri) of Washburn, Missouri and Bradley Gundel (Deena) of Washburn, Missouri; and his sisters, Sue Dalton (Arlous) of Pea Ridge, Joy Cargile of Jane, Margie Banks of Jane and Bonnie Slane of Ohio. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
