She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ruark and Ruby Ruark (Pendergraft); her daughter Lorna Kay Hess; and her siblings, Roy Ruark, Ray Ruark, May Tilford and Mary Scott.
She is survived by: her husband Ben Scott; her children, Kenneth Scott of Washburn, Missouri and Carolyn Tiedeman (John) of Washburn, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Laura Burton, Chris Hess, Lisa Skelton, Scott Stephens and Niki Masteller. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
