He is survived by: his children, Jerry Varner (Angie) of Washburn, Terrell Varner (Tonya) of Cassville, Missouri and Cheryl Garrett of Gravette, Arkansas; his siblings, Tim Varner (Jo) of Washburn, Jack Varner (Janice) of Washburn, Missouri and Nancy Madison (Johnny) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Alexandria Hesse, Chantel Martin, Adrienne Hesse, Matthew Price, Gary Varner, Greg Varner, Wyatt Varner, Payton Varner and Grant Varner; his great grandchildren, Demi Varner and Henry Varner; and his brothers, Ray Holland, Richard Jones and Ronnie Wilson.
