He was predeceased by: his parents, Onza Stephens and Wanda Stephens (Pendergraft). He is survived by: his wife Coeta Stephens of Washburn; his daughter Kelli Williams (Robert) of Cassville; his grandchildren, Ryan Williams, Hanna Williams and Kayla Williams; and his siblings, Gary Stephens (Vivian) of Washburn, Carolyn Sue Skinner (Don) of Cassville, Glenda Price (Jim) of Washburn and Sandra Daniels (Fred) of Cassville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
