He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Sharon Collie and Jack Hamblett, III (Mandy); and his siblings, Jeanine Box, Ron Hamblett (Sharon) and Gary Hamblett (Renay). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
