He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Dewey Banks and Virginia May Arnold Banks; his wife Deborah Parker Banks; his granddaughter Daynaira Harlan; and his sister Patsy Ann Banks.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Glynn (James) of Springdale, Cam Banks of Washburn, Tresa Morgan (Rodney) of Rogers and Jason Banks (Laurie) of Concord, Oklahoma; and his sister Janice Jones of Bentonville. He is also survived by fourteen grand-children; and several great-grandchildren.
