He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wigger and Helen Wigger (Chambers); and his sister Billie Sue Reed (Langley Reed). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ledbetter; his daughters, Penny Wigger, Dawn Ochoa (Keith Wilson), Angela Wigger, Tamara Mulroney (Ben) and Amanda Koger (Josh); his grandchildren, Victoria Buckles (Seth), Alexandra Slaid, Benjamin Mulroney, Kyle Hodler, Rebecca Mulroney, Brie Hodler, Nina Ochoa, Owen Koger and Charlotte Koger; and his siblings, Donna Galdeen (Kenneth), Donald Wigger Jr. (Betsy), Dean Wigger (Robin) and Joe Wigger (Julie Neaveill). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
