He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cleo and Rilla M. Parker (Downs); and his son Chance Randall Parker. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Smith; his daughter Amanda Louise Richards (Parker); his daughter-in-law Rose Parker; his sisters, Linda Giammatteo and Verna Friend; and his grandchildren, Melissa Ann Parker, Cody Clayton Heide, Jesse Randall Thomas Parker, Derek Dewayne Heide, Malachi Daidrianne Flint and Destinee Rose Garcia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
