He is survived by: his father Tim Smith; his wife Connie Smith; his children, Amanda York (Keith), Lisa Foote, Cristie Smith, Terry Colton (Michelle) and Scott Smith; and his grandchildren, Chad Myers, Gabriel Smith, Athan Smith, Estrella Smith, Rayden Smith, Reina Smith and Nicolas Smith.
