He is survived by: his wife Kay Johnson; his children, John Johnson (Christin) of Denton, Kenny Hall (Amy) of Gardner, Lisa Rickett (Rob) of Kansas City, Rickey Capek of Clinton and Chris Capek (Tawna) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Gabby, Lindsey (Matt), Trinity, Bethany, Gauge, Trever, Tristin (Jake), Christopher, Patrick, Taylor, Andrew, Olivia E., Zach and Aiden; his great grandchild Skylar; his siblings, Sharon Ambrosi of Independence, Allen Johnson (Chris) of Kansas City, Shelly Gibson of Gladstone, Chrissy Meyer (Lyle) of Independence and Josie Jones (Dave) of Warsaw; and his mother-in-law Virginia Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
