He is survived by: his parents, Robert S Cox and Virginia M Staton Cox; his children, Shawn Cox (Amber Cox) and Ashly Cox (Robert Baker); the mother of his children Dawn Christine Cox; his grandchildren, Jesse, Lexi, Justin and Preston; and his siblings, Laura Cox-Wilson, Virginia "Sis" Cox and Robert S Cox (Kris).
