He is survived by: his wife Dianne Midgett; his children, Paul David Midgett (Neida) of Osceola, Bryan Phillip Midgett (Joyce Lynn) of Kingsville, Missouri and Joy Christine Woodley of Kingsville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lee Paul Midgett of Sacramento, Joy Kathleen Midgett of Kingsville, Alexander Sherman Woodley (Heather) of Olathe, Kansas and Terence Drew Woodley of Olathe, Kansas; his niece Tami Browers of Ironton, Missouri; and his nephew Michael Lashley of Pensacola. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
