He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lawrence Phillips (Amber) of Merced, CA and Rachel Patton of Marshall; his grandchildren, Gavin, Caden, Serena, Logan Phillips, Sabrina and Ronnie Patton; and his brothers, Steve Phillips of Merced, CA, Jimmie Phillips of Merced, CA and Randy Phillips of Merced, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
