He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughter Vickie Starks (Bill); his siblings, Wayne Hanna (Pat), Dorothy King and Peggy Moore; and his grandchildren, Brandon Starks, Mark Starks, Krista LeManske, Haley Hanna and Amber Somers. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
