He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sternadel and Cora Brown Sternadel. He is survived by: his son Steve Sternadel; his daughter-in-law Ellon Sternadel of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Lana Wade of Sedalia, Renee (Dan Nichols) of Columbia, Ashley (Clayton Bradshaw) of Cole Camp, Curtis Sternadel, Cole Camp and Shelby Sternadel of Warsaw; and his great grandchildren, Gracelyn Bradshaw of Cole Camp and Dominic Nichols of Columbia.

Memorial donations in memory of John can be made to Benton County Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
