He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Mowell and Doris Mowell (Roberson). He is survived by: his wife Lucille Eye (Williams); his children, Carolyn Malaer (Scott) of Sedalia, Marvin Eye of Sedalia and Gary Eye of Sedalia; his sisters, Ann Breashers (Voyn) of Lone Jack, MO and Carol Bliskie of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Jessica Lowther (Jose) of Smithton and Cory Evans (Chelci) of Florence, MO; and his great grandchildren, Zach Hoecker, Camden Hoecker, Brooklyn Hoecker and Cass Evans. He is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Discovery Church in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
