He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Swalley, Sr. and Lois (Harper); and his siblings, Raymond Swalley, Jr., Ronald Swalley, David Swalley and Rita Freeman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Mosley of Warrensburg, Karl Mosley of Warsaw, Diana Riffie of Palm Desert and Kathy Kirby of Warsaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
