He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Cox and Virginia M. Cox (Staton); and his siblings, Roger, Johnny, Richard Cox, Linda Cox and Deanna Rousch.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Cox (Kris), Russell Cox, Laura Wilson and Virginia L. Cox; and his daughters, Brook Garcia (Cox) and Aimee Cassing (Cox). He is also survived by many children and grandchildren that he considered his own, and an abundance of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
