She is survived by: her son Chad Lewis (Holly Plummer) of Independence, MO; her grandchildren, Dakota Willis, Shae Willis, Alana Willis, Jerl Lewis, Landen Lewis and Jason Lewis; her great grandchild Carter Willis; and her siblings, Tony Lewis and Kathy Wackerman. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids, and friends.
