He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley Byrum and Buella Byrum (Breshears); his wife Bernice; and his brother Joe Bryum. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Thompson of Wamego and Bill Byrum. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
