He was predeceased by: his parents, Kimmie and Helen; his former wife Kimberly Hines; and his brother Bill Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Mansfield; his children, Tonya Starman (Jared), David Hines (Krystal), Ashley Caine (Daniel), Madisan Hines, Charles McCullen (Dora), John McCullen (Becky) and Tim McCullen; his grandchildren, William, Gabriella, Gulianna, Giovanna, Riko, Samantha, Tonya, Krystapher, Kaliah, Mya, Khloe, Marlo, Riley-Jo and Hayden; and his siblings, Tom Armstrong (Bev), Al Hines (Donna) and Theresa Lamka (Mike). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
