He is survived by: his daughter Kay Garofalo of Wentzville, MO; his grandchildren, Andrea Haley (Bill) of Lori Garofalo, Bob Garofalo (Carmen) and Chris Garofalo (Candy); his great grandchildren, Drew, Kacie, Chase, Hannah, Colin, Nick, Quinton, Clayton, Sam and Colton; and also Whitaker. He is also survived by two brothers, two sisters and one son-in-law.
