She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene and Ruby Williams (Ballard); and her sister Sharon Mason. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelsey Parrish and Ashley Burle (Joseph Butler); her siblings, Michael Williams and Carol Modglin; and her granddaughter Hannah Butler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
