He was predeceased by: his parents, Carwin Hemmer and Margie Hemmer; and his wife Phyllis Hemmer. He is survived by: his son Michael Hemmer (Judy) of Warrenton, MO; his sister Judith Wagstaff of Arnold, MO; his grandchildren, Angela Britt (Nick) and Clint Hemmer; his great grandchildren, Lavender, Sapphire, Shane and Logan; and his nephews, Alan and Jesse Wagstaff.
