He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Prior and Lillian Prior; his wife Flora June Prior; his daughter Kathy Wulff; and his brother Roy Frank Prior.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard H. Prior (Norma) of Warrenton, MO, Robert C. Prior of Warrenton, MO and James "Jim" Prior of Warrenton, MO; and his grandchildren, Randy Prior, Kylie Prior and Gavin Prior.
