We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2020, at the age of 89, Rita Helen Tobin of Warrenton, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Franz and Anna Franz (Lang); her children, Larry (Rose Tobin), Mary (Gene Smith), Denis Tobin (Deborah Heath) and Jerome Tobin; her daughter-in-law Judy Tobin; her husband John Tobin; and her sons, Joseph Tobin and John Tobin. She was also cherished by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
