He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Vernon Talbert and Lucille Talbert; and his sister Barbara Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Talbert of Wright City, Missouri; his children, Michelle Perkins (Charlie) of O'Fallon, MO and Scott Talbert (Elizabeth) of St. Charles, MO; his sister Janice Wood of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Hunter (Emilee), Erin (Alex) and Adam; his great grandchild Colton; and his brother-in-law Whitey Marshall of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
