We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Richard Kochtanek (Warrenton, Missouri), born in Cleveland, Ohio. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Richard Kochtanek to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Florence. He is survived by: his wife Lula Kochtanek; his son Sean Kochtanek (Laurel); his stepchildren, Collette Matuschek, Charlotte Ray (Dale), Alvin Hall (Kelly), Melissa Parks (Larry), Mitchell Hall, Michael Hall, Audrey Hall (John) and Regina Perkins (Joe); and his grandchildren, Brenden, Kersten, Morgan, Shane, Brittaney, Kyle, Paige and Richard.

Memorials may be made in Richard's name to St Jude's Children's Hospital – Memphis, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.

“In loving memory of Richard Kochtanek, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I will always remember the times when my "Uncle Dick", as my Dad, his big brother called him, returned from his duties in the Navy to attend family gatherings in the early 1960s. In his tall frame dressed in Navy whites, this submariner was truly impressive. I remember the time he came to a Christmas gathering, probably 1963, dressed in his military whites :).”
