He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Willis, Sr. and Earline Willis; and his sisters, Rosie Thomas and Blanche Hines. He is survived by: his wife Terrie A. Willis; his children, Travis Willis, Staci Cochran (Jonathan), Tiffany Willis, Ashlee Chiles, Nicki Chiles and Stephanie Willis; his siblings, Edward Willis (Linda), Gregory Willis, Sr. (Junie), Charles Willis, Sr., Marion Cutts, Janetta Patton, Belinda Willis, Alzora Whittington, Mary Quinn, Tina Daniels and Lorie Jackson; his grandchildren, Havean, Coulton, Hailey, Arista, Montre and Brandon; and his niece Caterrias Quinn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to OATS Inc. which provides transportation for Missouri residents to help them live independently in their communities, a cause close to Richard's heart so that his legacy of care and generosity can live on through others.
