He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Drake; his parents, Henry Runyon and Nellie I Runyon; his son Dennis Runyon; his brothers, Delbert Runyon, Tom Runyon, Ronnie Runyon, Connie Runyon and Sambo Henry; and his granddaughters, Jessica Allison Runyon and Caitlyn Desiree Neuhaus.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Runyon (Tonya) of Old Monroe, MO, Leonard Runyon (Amy) of Wentville, MO, Larry Neuhaus of Warrenton, MO, Timothy Neuhaus (Stacy) of Warrenton, MO, Bonnie Martinez (Phillip) and Patty Timmermeier (MIke) of Harvester, MO; and his siblings, Frank Runyon, Ross Runyon, John Runyon, Neal Henry, Savana Ford and Delphia Nix. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
