He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Hickey Jr. and LaVina Hickey; his stepmother Claire Hickey; and his siblings, Mary Jo Clark (Dennis-Dec), LaVina, Karen Hickey, Michaela "Mickey", Daniel J. Hickey, III and Brendan Hickey.
He is survived by: his children, Joe, Christopher and Kate; and his brothers, Edmond Hickey (Linda) and Terry Hickey (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
