He is survived by: his wife Shirley June Crane; his sons, Randy Winston Duckworth II and Richard Wayne Duckworth II; his granddaughter Hannah; his godson Steven LeRoy; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Duckworth, Carlton Duckworth, Bobby Keaton, Karen Keaton, Debra Keaton and Linda Keaton. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
