She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Headrick, Sr.; her parents, Paul Jones and Opal Jones-Bledsoe (Felts); her stepfather Bill Bledsoe (Billy Ray Headrick, Sr.); her children, Shawna Headrick and Billy Ray Headrick, Jr.; her great grandchild Baby Emma Jean; her daughter-in-law Dora Headrick-Plumb (Steimel); and her sisters, Pauline Pikey and Brenda Stephens.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Western-Orf (Headrick) and Patricia Headrick; her siblings, Jim Jones and Linda McKinney; her grandchildren, Kristi Terrio (Steimel), Nicholas Western, Jessica Schubert, Heather Herrin (Headrick), Emily Western, Robert Lowe and Blaize Peebles; and her great grandchildren, Paityn Herrin, Devlyn Peace, Bradyn Herrin, Hunter Terrio, Piper Lowe, Wyatt Terrio, Elaina Lowe and Emersyn Herrin.
