She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Polston; her parents, Florence Bolm and Elda Bolm; her children, James Polston and Wayne Polston; her grandson Kevin Buxton; her brother Albert Bolm; and her great grandchild Angela Polston.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Polston (Bonnie), David Polston (Suzie) and Diane Buxton (Richard); her grandchildren, Katy LeBeau (Chris), Woodrow Polston (Miryah), Matthew Polston (Rebecca), Sarah Kopmann (Eric), Joe Polston (Nikki Wobbe), Josh Polston (Erika) and Mary Ann Kirkpatrick (Mike); her granddaughter-in-law Tami Buxton; her great grandchildren, Cameron LeBeau, Alec, Julia Polston, Mason, Lane Buxton, Jimmy, Ashley, Bethany, Lilly Polston, Luke, Sadie, Cara, Callie Kopmann, William Polston and Jaxx Kirkpatrick; her sister Marilyn Bolm; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Bolm of Mary Polston, Burton Polston (Mary) and Gordon Polston (Helen).
